Shipping and Delivery
A flat shipping fee of R130 is applicable on all orders.
Orders over R1000 include FREE shipping.
We only ship within South Africa to all major city centres and can make an arrangement for outlying areas.
How long does it take
We do keep stock of our standard range on the floor. Due to seasonal changes we sometimes do have a slight shortage on some seeds.
Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 days of ordering if all items are available.
Otherwise can also be dispatched within 3-5 days due to any shortages or manufacturing delays. This is always communicated on email.
You will be notified when your order has been dispatched along with the courier company info and the tracking number of your parcel.
When do I get my order?
Cape Town orders take approximately 1-2 working days.
Other major cities take approximately 2-5 working days.
Outlying areas take 5-7 working days
Delivery
Please ensure the correct address is included when you place an order. We cannot be held liable for incorrect delivery address.
Please ensure someone is available to sign for the parcel upon delivery.
We need a telephone number for all orders and cannot ship without one as the courier company will send you an OTP number via SMS in order to hand over the parcel.
We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
Please be aware that the above delivery times do not take into account possible delays caused by the courier company.
